We use highly trained waiting staff from specialist agencies to deliver our guaranteed high level of service. As the numbers of staff and the hours they work will depend on the nature, timing and numbers of your event, we charge staffing separately from hire and catering. Details of Staff Costs

Our service rates are as follows:

£14.50 plus VAT per hour per staff member until 9:00pm
£18.50 plus VAT per hour per staff member after 9:00pm and on Saturdays.

For events finishing after 11:30pm, there will be a late night cover charge of £550 plus VAT per hour.

The number of staff required will be dependent on the style of your event and your final numbers.
